The audio is working fine for the vast majority of our members. But if you’re having problems, the following suggestions should solve the issue, so please try them all:
1) Clear your browser’s cache and refresh the page. If you get the error message, “You do not have permission to access the audio file,” then be sure to refresh the page and try again.
2) Use a different browser – Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari etc.
3) Use a different device – desktop, laptop, mobile etc.
You also have the option to upgrade and download all of the audios to listen anytime.
