A slow, calm song reduces the blood pressure and heart rate, giving a soothing feeling almost immediately. It acts as a distraction while helping you to regain your focus. If you are constantly stressed, find a song that will help you and listen to it whenever you feel overwhelmed. You will love the results.
6. Take a short walk
If you have been sitting at your desk for hours continuously, get up and walk. While walking outside is the best, you could also just walk around inside your office. Try to clear your mind while walking.
7. See a funny video
Similar to listening to songs, a very quick stress buster is to see a funny video on YouTube. Laughing for a few minutes is an instant stress reliever.
